StainED Glass detail
Wine and Bread of Communion
Our beautiful stained glass windows were refurbished and reinstalled on our 100th anniversary. Three large windows illuminate our Sunday morning service. Come visit and discover our German language message in our windows.

Lutheran HYmns
Within the Lutheran tradition, the wedding of the Word of God to melody was modeled by the reformer himself. Martin Luther had a high regard for music and urged the Church to use it wisely as a vehicle for proclaiming the Gospel. "Next to theology," he wrote, "I accord to music the highest place and the greatest honor." Retaining the best of pre-Reformation hymnody, as well as adding a great number of new hymns, to the Church's song, Luther and succeeding generations of hymn writers continue to inspire the faithful to lift their voices in praise and thanksgiving to the triune God. 125th Anniversary
Emmaus looks forward to a special service and other celebratory events leading up to our anniversary. We would love to see several alumni attend. At the 100 year anniversary we had our beautiful stained glass windows redone. A panel will be getting together to see what we can do to improve our spiritual home.
